Business Formation

Have your articles of incorporation or formation completed and filed for you with the appropriate state branch office. We offer state expedited filing and same day formation services (in select states) to quickly and easily organize your new business. We have hand-delivery and walk-in services for each state's branch office and can prepare your documents the same day you place your order. Our packages can be shipped overnight to you after state processing and come complete with sample by-laws, agreements and prepared tax forms (if applicable).

Tax Form Preparation

Have your tax forms prepared for you when you incorporate. You can have us complete and draft your tax forms, or file with the IRS on your behalf. We can obtain an EIN Number for your company in as little as one day. Tax classification selection for LLCs and S Corporations is easy with our tax form service, just tell us how you would like your entity taxed and we do the work for you.

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) - We can prepare your IRS Form SS4 or we can obtain your EIN number for you directly from the IRS without the use of your social security number.
  • S Corporation Election - Preparation of IRS Form 2553 to elect Sub Chapter S Election with the IRS. This form must be filed within time restrictions for either the calendar year (for existing businesses) or within 90 days of the organizational date of your business.
  • LLC Tax Status Classification - Preparation of IRS Form 8832 where you can choose to have your LLC taxed as a Partnership or Sole Proprietorship, Corporation or S Corporation.

Corporate Compliance

All incorporated businesses have some operating formalities. 1800Company.com will assist you with all of your compliance needs. Corporations and LLC's must complete an annual statement each year with your state's office. Corporations, by law, must hold meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders, at least on an annual basis. Meeting notes must be taken in the form of minutes and stored in a corporate record book. All of your mandatory compliance events can be handled for you.

  • Annual Report / Statements of Information - Each registered entity with the state must complete a statement of information each year. This annual report simply lists the primary addresses of the business, the officers, directors and shareholder names. We can prepare and file this for your business in any state.
  • Annual Meeting Minutes and Corporate Records - Complete preparation of annual meeting minutes and forms. Federal law requires that corporations hold meetings of the board of directors and shareholders on, at least, and annual basis.
